Tomorrow it's the big day in Norway and many other countries celebrating Christmas Eve. We are going to open all our presents after eating one of the best meals during the year, Pinnekjøtt (ribs from sheep, salted and dried, then boiled). It's my husband who is used to this tradition but I have adopted it without any problems. It is much better than the meal I was used to, Svineribbe (ribs from pig).
